Job Description:
Seeking patient-focused Physical Therapists to evaluate,
diagnose, and treat patients, aiming for optimal recovery, pain
management, and mobility improvement. Provide exceptional care,
develop individualized care plans, and set measurable goals.
Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and injury
prevention. Supervise aides, monitor and adjust treatment plans
based on progress, and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
Address pain management techniques and facilitate patient discharge
with proper mechanics and ergonomics education. Maintain
productivity goals, participate in research, and contribute to
clinic policies to uphold high care standards. Stay updated with
the latest research and professional development through CEUs and
seminars. Qualifications include a Doctorate or Masters in Physical
Therapy and a valid license. Commitment to diversity, equity, and
inclusion is essential. Salary range: $78,000 - $90,000/year.
