We are looking for Client Service Representatives to join our team. Candidates should be motivated and possess a professional attitude, as well as excellent communication skills. The right candidate will offer the highest level of customer service, respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner, and follow company policies to resolve issues in an efficient manner.


Responsibilities:


* Answer calls and emails from clients.

* Making calls to clients

* Scheduling

* Explaining our provided services.

* Investigate complaints and explain solutions to customers.

* Be a team player.

* Be friendly.

* Collecting towards copays, deductibles and coininsurance

* Assisting clients with online portal and paperwork

* Ensuring clients documents and insurance cards/information is up to date

* Assist clinicians with administrative questions

* Maintaining a professional and clean front office and lobby


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Prescott Valley, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


Experience:

* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
