Hospitality is expanding its property management division and
seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to grow our portfolio of
managed extended-stay hotels. This role is responsible for
identifying, pursuing, and securing new property management
contracts with hotel owners, investors, and developers. The ideal
candidate has extended-stay hotel experience and a proven track
record in hospitality sales, property management business
development, or hotel operations. This position requires high
energy, professionalism, and the ability to close B2B deals in a
fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities1.
Business Development & Sales Identify, pursue, and secure new
property management contracts across Arizona and surrounding
regions. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand
Metros property management portfolio. Conduct market research to
identify underperforming or acquisition-ready properties. Prepare
and present customized proposals highlighting Metros operational
systems, HR structure, and profitability models. Attend industry
events, real estate forums, and investment meetings to generate
qualified leads. 2. Client Relationship Management Build and
maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with property owners,
developers, and investors. Act as the primary liaison during early
negotiations and onboarding of new management clients. Clearly
communicate Metros value proposition: operations, revenue
optimization, HR integration, security protocols, and cost
controls. Maintain ongoing contact with prospective and existing
clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities. 3.
Financial & Performance Analysis Review P&Ls, budgets, and cost
structures from prospective clients to identify improvement
opportunities. Present comparative performance data showing how
Metro-managed hotels increase ADR, occupancy, and profitability.
Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure new
contracts meet company profitability targets. 4. Sales Operations &
Reporting Track leads, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics
using CRM tools. Provide weekly reports and performance updates
directly to the CEO. Maintain CRM records, proposals, and client
documentation. Collaborate with HR, operations, and finance to
ensure seamless contract execution. Qualifications 35 years of
experience in sales, business development, or account management
(hospitality or property management preferred). Extended-stay hotel
experience required. Proven ability to generate, negotiate, and
close B2B contracts. Strong communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to
manage multiple priorities. Comfortable attending networking events
and representing the company professionally. Familiarity with CRM
systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Valid drivers license and
willingness to travel across Arizona. Job Type: Full-time
