This role is flexible in hours and the role will be about 10 hours per week. Job Details A well-established family office based in Paradise Valley is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks Accountant to support a short-term cleanup and reconciliation project. This temporary role will assist with reviewing and reconciling transactions in QuickBooks Desktop, processing ACH transfers, and handling bill payments. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of accounting principles, is highly organized, and can work independently with minimal oversight. Key Responsibilities: Perform account reconciliations and cleanup tasks in QuickBooks Desktop Review and categorize transactions accurately Process ACH transfers and manage bill payments Assist with identifying and resolving discrepancies Provide general accounting support as needed Qualifications: Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop (not QuickBooks Online) Strong understanding of basic accounting and reconciliation practices Familiarity with ACH payment processing and bill pay systems Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Based in the Phoenix/Paradise Valley area and able to work onsite 1x/week Work Schedule: Flexible hours (approx. 5–10 hours per week) Hybrid: combination of remote and 1 in-office day per week Interested in hearing more?
