Job Details Job Title: Program Director - Surgical Technology Pay: $90k per year Benefits Bonus: $5,000 Employment: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: M-F (9am-5pm) Start Date: Open Setting: Colleges & Universities Location: on campus. Must Have: Active CST Certification B.A Degree Required Job Description: The Surgical Technology Program Director oversee the academic program(s) including activities related to the student experience and student success such as developing and implementing retention strategies, managing active students, students on leave of absences, NS/TO and students on externship. Qualifications: Associate Degree from a surgical technology program CST License by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA) Experienced in instructional methodology, curriculum design and program planning 5 years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both I'm ready to apply, what's next?
